Welcome to the winter party!
Welcome to the winter party at the Jewish Museum Trondheim! We have an open day from 12 to 19, with various activities for young and old. Here you can look for gifts in our museum shop, let the children do a winter workshop, or just come and have a coffee - if you wish!
The museum and museum café are open from 12 to 19. Admission to the museum is free, and in the café you can buy various types of pastries, as well as tea and coffee. The museum shop is also open, and will have special discounts.
From 13 to 14.30 we have a lunch seminar with historian Johan-Elias Harnes, who will come to talk about his master's project, "The Balancing Act", which is about how Jews from Eastern Europe have experienced settling in Norway.
From 3-7 p.m. we will open various activity tables for the family:
- Candle workshop, where you can decorate candles with different colors - Paper workshop, where you can cut and color different Hanukkah motifs
- Clay workshop, where you can make decorations from clay and take them home!
- Dreidel table, where you can play dreidel with others!
Whether you want to do something, look for gifts, or just want a little respite from the winter cold - stop by on Tuesday, December 17th!
